SnapLisn uses your Google account identifier, verified email address and profile name to create and maintain your account. We do not receive your Google password.

We process scripts, selected voices and generated audio to provide speech generation. Text and voice settings are transmitted to the speech provider selected for your request. Available integrations include Microsoft Azure Speech, ElevenLabs, Fish Audio, Alibaba Cloud and Volcengine; a request uses the providers required by its selected voices. AI assistance sends the text needed for the requested action to its configured AI provider.

Stripe processes payments. SnapLisn stores order references, payment status and character-credit changes. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout, rather than stored by SnapLisn.

Generated downloads are normally removed after seven days. Operational activity logs are normally retained for 30 days. Account, purchase and credit records are retained while needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. A minimal record of a Google account’s trial claim is retained to prevent duplicate grants.

Essential cookies maintain login and checkout security. Browser storage saves editor preferences and script history on your device. Basic visit attribution may record campaign parameters, page paths and a random visitor identifier.

You may contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Required payment, security and recordkeeping data may need to be retained. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information in scripts.
